Return and Refund Policy

At Lowe + Ko, we are committed to the quality and satisfaction of our products. While we do not accept returns due to change of mind, we stand behind the integrity of our products with a customer-friendly refund policy.

Refunds for Damaged Goods:
If you receive a product that is damaged and the damage is not due to misuse by the customer, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. To facilitate this process, we ask that you provide:

A detailed description of the damage
Photographic evidence of the damage

Upon receipt and verification of the details, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
